Final Touches to Construction in Progress
Opening is still scheduled for mid-March. The walls are painted, the flooring installed, and it's starting to look very much like a home. Residential Director Phil Errico and architect John Perrin inspect the new lift providing accessibility to the first floor of the house from the garage.

Opening Moved to Mid March
Due to the scheduling for the water company to open up the road to connect the line for the fire sprinkler, we've moved the targeted completion date to the second week in March.

On target for 2/1 completion!
The first and second floors of the house are ready for paint. The basement ceiling is framed for sheetrock as shown in this picture of Bonnie Brae CEO Bill Powers inspecting the job site.

Sheetrocking almost done!
The crew worked all weekend and half a day on Christmas eve to get the sheetrock hung and tape and spackle completed. All necessary inspections have passed. Trim and doors are next. Window treatments have been ordered and furniture delivery set. We are still shooting for early Feb. occupancy. The project looks great.

Construction Update
The exterior of the house is nearly completed. The interior rough electric, plumbing, fire, and building inspections are scheduled for this week. Progress was delayed due to the storm and also due to issues related to the sprinkler system and the Construction Official's understanding of requirements. We are 2-4 weeks behind the original 1/1/13 move in date. We are hoping to make up some of that time.
